Welcome to Hummingbird Place, near the delightful chain of lakes. We offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, offices, and co-working spaces. The main level on Hennepin Ave serves as an office, design studio, community gathering, and professional learning center. 

The design was inspired by the hummingbird, one of the smallest birds and one of the fastest, flying up to 35 miles per hour. It’s also the only bird that can fly backward and upside down--a model for the kind of agility that we all need to thrive in a continuously changing world. 

A welcoming entry on Hennepin Ave features an elevator and a gallery stairway. Entry to the street-level offices is through the Kitchen Commons, which opens to a deck and garden--an acknowledgment of the universal culture around food, greetings, and gathering.
